    Get SweetFX. I just got it two days ago and I'm quite happy with it. The only drawback I have noticed is that the IRNV on vehicles seems to be a bit brighter (washed out) in most areas, but it's manageable.

    I also jacked my settings to ultra high and MAN it looks amazing.
