If you want it just to activiate physX... my suggestion would be meh. PhysX is sometimes more of a distraction than a gift as it sometimes can interfere with what it is you are trying to do. the particle effects are cool and all but they are a bit excessive. But if you're getting it for a solid upgrade then fuck yeah man. totally worth it. Ultra is B-E-A Utiful.
