    Is this it? Fixing The Division?! You'll be able to scale the level, and therefore rewards, of all NPCs in the game world!

    They also had an "Elite Task Force" of players with diverse interests (PvP, PvE, etc) meet with the developers at Massive to discuss the game and lay out on the table all the problems and possible solutions. This sounds promising!

    That actually all sounds great, if it does fix most things, then all we'll have to wait on is the newer content.

    I've been playing on the test server for a couple hours now, I need to gear my character up to really see any difference, but so far the fresh lvl 30 experience is more or less as I remember.
