Hi Everybody, I wanted to post a few photos from Sunday Night (10/28/12)! I had exams this week and weekend so I did not have much time to play but as promised here are a few fun photos (fraps stopped working so I lost some photos and videos) that you guys might remember. I was commanding NNG Delta Platoon and someone was commanding NNG recruitment Platoon if I remember the name correctly. Anyways Enjoy! EPIC MOMENT: NOTHING LIKE A GROUP PHOTO BEFORE A BIG BATTLE! SHITTY MOMENT: THIS WAS ONE OF OUR GALAXY'S WITH OUR LIBERATOR CRASHING ON TOP LOL! NNG SPLIT UP INTO TWO PLATOONS LEADING THE PUSH THE TR TO THE WARP GATE! AFTER THAT WE REDEPLOYED TO STOP THE NC AND PUSH THEM PAST THE STRONGHOLD. FAIL MOMENT: MY EPIC SUNDER SKILLS! I DROVE ALL NIGHT WITH WEAPONS LOCK.
Nice pix! This reminds me of the time I saw about 16-20 NWI guys lined up as infiltrators, then they went cloaked and got into their Sundys. Should have recorded it. Was very organized, almost militaristic.
I am glad you mentioned that, I have worked with NWI before and they make youtube videos. They actually have a premade speech for the Platoon thats like 3 minutes long which is a nice touch but it is a waste of time and I think the personally suck hardcore (all about image). I had the opportunity to join them and they spend way too much time getting random players organized! Their failure is that they don't take advice from the platoon and one thing that annoyed the hell out of me was that they call out enemies at 1 o'clock or 3 o'clock when we have maps that show NSEW. They also do not want people talking which is fine but if there's a liberator chasing my ass while I am in my Sunder, I would want to know. Other things to note is that NWI squad leaders didn't have AMS Sunders or spawn beacons which is something that is REQUIRED to lead.
I am glad you got the pics Swindle. My screenshots did not work. It was awesome spawn Camping the TR Warpgate LOL with AA. We had like 30 AA maxes shooting down TR air like flies around the Warpgate. EPic times and I am still pissed we couldn't take bug city!!! WE WILL CLAIM BUG CITY OUR OWN ONE DAY!!!
