Recruitment video brainstorm

Ok so here's a rough idea of how I envision this.

Video starts with narration and some background video, NNG logos and stuff. Brief overview of the outfit, 2-3 sentences.

I want to use music that has some electronic beat, and is more background in nature, without vocals. But is energetic and not boring. Music that can be very low during narration and when turned up sounds good with gunplay.

We will emphasize that NNG has branches in VS, NC and TR factions, with gameplay briefly from each.

I want a few clips from our PAL and commclash sessions, with coms included.

And then we will have a few clips showing general teamplay, max drops, air squids. This would be a good place for some highlight level clips like that gal ram jaam caught on stream the other day.

We can end it with more narration regarding how to join, and perhaps squeeze some of our more laid back and amusing moments.

What I need: a narrator, a script, and video submissions. On that subject, I need a way to transmit that data - idk if someone has an ftp server or something, or other ideas for transmitting video.

I will also entertain suggestions on my vision for this video, but I want to keep it to about 3 minutes and I want it to cover the subjects mentioned above.

I shall begin the recording! Also, for getting the videos to you we could upload the videos to a youtube account and pass you on the details of said account so you could download off of youtube.

 

Something that I thought was really cool when my old Diablo did a vid way back when most of you guys were just kids (or weren't even born)
was to flash the name of members onto the screen really fast (sort of a recognition thing) and end it with the NNG logo then the No Nonsense Gamers name slowly fading in under the logo.
Hell if you want to really elaborate, do a quick screenshot of each person in their most used class, and have the name stamped next to the pic.

 

Also, if anyone has time, I'd love to pull video from the official comm clashes and pal videos that have the commentators saying something about nng, like a highlight moment - "look at that rush by NNG! SG was just cleared off the point and dominated!!!"

It would save me a lot of time for someone to timestamp some good bits so I can use one or two.

How is the quality with this method? I just don't want to lose a lot of fidelity if preventable

 

I don't think CC had very good quality but they did change things around as it progressed.
One of the later matches probably has a higher quality stream and the one where they brought in new commentators is probably best one to use.
Luperza is great and all, but not the best commentator.

I find that you keep the same quality as the videos but I haven't use that kind of a rip plugin for a while so take what I said with a grain of salt.
