I got fed up with the bad lag when the new patch came out so a few days ago I put in a ticket requesting a free month of membership, later that day they put in the patch to fix the server lag, so in the spirit of being fair I asked for a reimbursement for the exp boost I had purchesed on sale. While I didnt get what I had asked for I did get this::::: Hey there, This is Operative Ryrix. Thanks for being so patient with us while we looked into your situation. I'm happy to say I was able to grant 3 1-Day Experience Boosts to your character. You'll find them in the Boost section of your inventory the next time you login. If you have any other problems you'd like us to look into for you then definitely let us know. Operative Ryrix Planetside 2 Sony Online Entertainment So while I didnt get what I asked for, I was compensated with something, in all fairness I did only suffer for 3 days with the bad lag, so 3 days of exp boost in return is only a fair return.

Same story here man, first hot fix had me down for a day, put in a ticket, got the boost, was pretty happy with it.
did they buff the alpha squad boost like they said they were going to? I had alph squad but killed it with a 7 day 50% the first double xp weekend not knowing it would destroy it
