The three I'm most familiar with are Dxtory, MSI Afterburner, and Fraps. Each has their ups and downs.

The recording software isn't as important as matching up FPS and resolution. Mixing footage of different frame rates ends up looking a little off in my experience.

I'll try it out and see how well it runs on my setup. Now to see if I remember to record.

 

Lets set a date for this. I've had some really epic games working as a squad with a lot of you, and I'm sad we never got any of it recorded.

Weeknights or weekends work better for most of you?

 

weeknights for me. dont play that much on weekends.

 

Okay guys and gal, I'm assuming we'll all be getting Armored Kill in one fashion or another, so lets do it mid next week, maybe Wednesday or Thursday on one of the new maps.

Everyone test out your recording setup, and to keep file sizes reasonable, we'll wait until the game hits around 400 tickets to start recording, and just try to kick as much as in that stretch as possible.
