Premium Queue - It Works! How do you all feel about it?

So yeah, it definitely works (neener).

I personally think it's kind of fucked up but hey... it is what it is and I don't think EA will be changing it at this point.

 

But what happens when 10 premium players queue up?

 

This is the feature that is most unfair and borderline "pay to play."

I honestly hope that some lovely coder at Phogue comes up with a way to disregard premium queue, but hide it from DICE, and hide it from the player. That way the premium player thinks they're getting priority, DICE is happy, and other people can play the game they paid the first $60 for.

 

As a Premium Gold Plated Javelin Red Tiger Stripe F35 Camo Member, I'm even appalled at the idea of a premium queue. This is like priority lines at the airport. People who pay more for special member ships get rushed through in a faster lie and the rest of us are standing there like "ummm what the fuck asshole?".

I really wanted some new content, (assignments, weapons, camo, tags, and eventually maps) so I caved and purchased Prem. Now it seems that me and anyone else with the oh so stupid "P" tag on their avatar at the BL forums have been branded as some elitist douche. In reality I enjoy what DICE makes (although I do quite often swear them up and down for the bugs in the game) so I didn't have a problem handing over some cash. Look at Bandar Desert! That's going to be boner inducing!

 

Oh and ignore the trolls.. we have a lot under the bridge today.

 

The premium queue is total bullshit. If I'm sitting in a queue for 15 minutes and some guys comes along and can jump to first is just not cool. It's like cutting in the luch line at elementary school, everyone will kill you for it. Plus I have to wail longer once more and if another premium player comes in then Im doomed to wait forever because they paid another $50 already...

Very true. Never even considered what multiple Prem members could do to a queue. And soon, it looks like Prem members may start to outnumber non-premiums. Which means, EA's plan is working.
