    Only because the maps are smaller and call for fast gameplay making it a better view and more intense to some

    No because the game came with specific features built in that are necessary for eSports like a proper kill cam, spectator mode and match making. And also because Activision sets up specific ladders and leagues, has dedicated eSports forums and a group of employees that solely run the eSports stuff. DICE did nothing like that at all. In fact DICE didnt do anything, at ALL to make BF3 eSports friendly.
