    Maybe due to frame rate issues? Travel time to target is so much longer in vehicles its not difficult to see your projectile and internalize its flight path even if you are at like 12 fps (4 frames per quarter second which is about about the length of time the projectile is visible). Unlike infantry weapons where if you don't have at least triple that all you see is a circle with sparks happening in it.

    I also have the Saitek x52 and have been meaning to hook it up just to see what it is like. I think now that I plan on flying a Gal for Mobile Infantry I am going to get more serious about it cause I do love that joystick. I used to play Starlancer all the mother effing time with that stick. I would easily spend 6-8 hours on that game without blinking. I hope to rekindle those same feelings
