Less points to cap make the locks and farms easier. Not a great fan...

Flow is a serious problem, especially on Indar. Leaders know it and see it on a regular basis, after you take a major base, where do you go?

And thats what good leaders are for. If you are forcing everyone to chose from path A, B or C then it would seem to me to take some of the strategy away from the game.

Actually I totally disagree with the 'take some of the strategy away' statement.
A lattice system will allow you to set up choke points better. To defend them better and to actually do a tactical retreat.
As the game stands right now, if you can get enough armour you can cap almost anywhere. It becomes impossible (even with lock ons being as they are) to actually defend in the open. Ultimately you just get pushed back to a tower or a biolab.
Yeah, sure, we've held up some armour for a time but never REALLY wiped that armour out or halted an armour zerg. And the reason we can't do that is that you just can't set a proper ambush or killing zone in most places on Indar.
I am hopeful of the new tactical challenges a lattice system will bring.

We wipe out armor zergs all the time. Hell last night we fell back to tarwich tower, knocked out an NC armor zerg, back capped the points they took and started a zerg of our own.

With a little bit more coordination you could effectively knock out an armor zerg in a few passes with libs. Lattice doesn't really resolve that anyway, since the side with more push is going to take the bases anyway.
