    ^ IOLAR said.

I'm rotating between FFXIV and Planetside/Killing Floor/TF2 lately, so I dunno how it'll look in terms of games.

Kawal, kdr doesn't even matter at this point.

Well, since we do have a set date.... I think I'll make an effort to show up for the times.

Hi guys. I am the ION Coordinator and am happy to answer any questions you may have. It is certainly nice to see NNG members still playing a little PS2. If there is even just a small number of players who want to join an ION event, we can work it a couple ways.

A formal set up is to have an NNG leader get direction from the force commander, who delivers orders to all the platoons from ION Command Center. (The NNG leader would likewise be in this teamspeak, maybe toggling back to your own TS to direct the NNG forces.) It is nice to be in the hub of action where you can see your part in larger scale Ops. Ideally, you'd have a nearly full squad to offer up; less than that would be a disadvantage all around. It would be hard to really take on objectives effectively. Unless.... you wanted to host a specialty class or tactic for ION, such as a sniper group or air unit. So that's option number one.

Another way to work this is to just have you join [V0IP]'s platoon. We could give NNG, say, the Charlie squad. That'll take a lot of pressure off you. You'd just need to identify the squad lead in advance (day-of is fine) so I can send that to my PL for the event. Then it doesn't really matter how many players join in/filter out; you really don't need to be organized about it. Play as you normally would and do your best to follow the platoon leader's orders. Gets you all together for some PS2 action once a month without a big commitment.

Do either of these have any appeal?

Oh, and the next event if Friday, February 13 at 8:00 pm EST. We're running them monthly, on the 2nd Friday of the month. Thx.

Hey MrsSprack, glad you dropped by.

It's looking like we'll probably only get half a squad going. We'd love to join up with V0IP to spread some purple enlightenment :)

I will most likely be squad leading.

Hi fellas! Wanted to share the event promo with you guys ~

ION [This Friday, February 13 at 8:00 PM]

A lonely rider is seen weaving down a solemn highway. His kutte is emblazoned with a large purple VS logo, VOIP chapter. The warrior is “Sprack”. He is riding to an All-Chapters meeting to address some dire events. Two rival gangs have started to hone in on VS territory and their business interests. Sprack knows all too well that his gun-running business is in jeopardy. He has decided to take action into his own hands and take down the menacing TR and NC gangs. Sprack is known to run his crews in tight formations. He is an affable leader, but one that expects results.

OPERATION EASY RIDER. Come Friday Feb. 13th, Sprack, acting as Battalion Commander, will bring all the One-Percenters together to scrape this road kill off of our purple boots. So get in your “tuck” position at the Amerish clubhouse because the VS is going to be riding high and tight starting at 8:00 pm EST. Let’s hammer our rivals into submission.

Outfit leaders: Rally up at 7:15 pm EST at ION Command Center (testoutfit.info)
    <-- @icebalm?

Players: We ask that you be ingame around 7:45 pm EST to form up into squads. Need to assess our strength size to plan the first deployment. (Amerish is 1st pick; Esamir is 2nd.)

Mission: To effectively attack and take territory without an overwhelming population. Be prepared to respond to orders for Scythe Scouts, GDS Sundies, and advance base-softening squads with ability to lay mines.
