Sounds like I've been missing out on some great steps forward in the last week. The teamspeak oversaturation is the number one thing that makes me want to avoid ops nights or peak hours in general so if a solution involving splitting into smaller channels has finally been figured out that's amazing news!

From a platoon leader's viewpoint, everything ran soo smooth last night. 4 of us squad leaders (Ajax,GokouZ,Disco,Husla) came together harmoniously and made decisions on-the-fly resulting in soo much NNG WIN!

One of my favorite ps2 sessions ever.

I never thought about the AA side of it.. anyone know where we could find a few ACE gal pilots hmm?? ;)

Yooooooo! Flying from point A to point B is the easy part, it's taking to the canyons and trees to make ESFs on your ass crash or break off that's the fun part. ;)

P.S. Sometimes I wear my aviators when I'm on a gal roll

I can fly a Gally really well, its a lot easier to control than a Lib and I'm getting rank2 High G so it will be even easier.
The trick with AA is that the pilot has to kinda feel where the ESF is and position the Galaxy so both, tail and top can shoot it at the same time. I did it a couple of times last night and both times we got kills.

Slightly tip your nose us so they can all get the target, then watch the gun show. I gave AT a nice showing when we did a dual drop. I only have stock guns though...

    Exactly!
You have to look where ur gunners shooting, which direction, and position ur jet accordingly. Its a lot easier than sounds as long as you pay attention.

I think that this is something we need to address in my opinion as I feel the same way about some people giving out useless information when you are trying to listen for foot steps, enemy planes, enemy stealth sounds, etc. I am not trying to be a kill joy by any means but if we are running ops people need to learn to keep it short, sweet, and to the point. That will help us dominate the battlefield on a one on one basis.

I am also stating that if we are just doing a casual platoon that squad that is ok as we will tend to separate out or at least the air squad tends too, because we roam so far away on the map and we need to coordinate efforts were everyone is to lay traps and cover each other.
