    Damage taken, speed increase stays the same, damage done goes up (Slightly) per level, if what I've read is correct.

    The ZOE is ridiculously overpowered. Cert that shit up and enjoy it before they nerf it, because they will.

    NC MAXes got an ability that stops all incoming damage and our MAXes got an ability that helps them die even faster, whats not to like?

    Picture a Light Assault "adadadad"ing, except 20% faster, with dual blue shifts that each deal 20% more damage per shot and fire faster than they normally would.

    The speed boost in ZOE allows a max to sprint as fast as a usual soldier. I raced a ragequit guy at the warpgate as a light assault without adrenaline pump and we were as fast as each other. Will definitely help them to get around and is good for firing and moving too.
