    Hey been a while since I was last around here, back when War Thunder RB was at its peak. Been on and off BF4 since launch and have always played alone despite making #1 Fighter Jet in Colorado, probably somewhere in the top 50 for US. Just took a 2 month break thanks to game-breaking bugs but they seemed to have been ironed out for the most part now. I was wondering if you guys still play this game actively and if you have room for some air support. Here are a couple silly little videos to form some sort of resume here.

    I don't know why no one responded to this thread, the bf4 group is pretty busy! I see people playing all the time, so hop back in!

    Sorry! I didn't even see your thread. But yes, we are very active. At least a couple of us are on every night and usually 6 or more playing.

    I've seen BL fly in BF4 on his stream, its pretty fucking impressive, thats all I can say :)

    Ever seen me fly a jet? Want to see impressive? I can stay up in the air at least 20 maybe 30 seconds before I plummet to my death. THAT'S impressive. I think I have 2 kills with a jet...ever...I could look it up but I'm too lazy. I do love me my attack heli though. Dude, any type of aerial support you can give us we'll be glad to have.

    whats up Big, yes we are very active. I am currently rebuilding my PC, hopefully by Friday my parts will be in. Jump in any time, mostly around 8pm cst is when everybody starts to show up

    IMO jets after BF2 became kinda dumb. I personally dont like them at all, but it doesnt make them bad, its just a slightly different playstyle. In BF1942, Desert Combat and BF2 the gravitiy actually existed, those props and jets werent flying like spaceships, in BF3 and 4 they're a lot different. Not to mention the map size. Prior to BF3 we were able to land and repair and it actually took time to fly from one main base to another.

    Helicopters on the other hand were always well implemented, as well as the countermeasures to overcome total air domination. A good helo pilot wont be able to stay alive for long, but a great one would, but must have a great gunner too, not good, GREAT. Thats the major differnce. Looking back at the videos posted by Nicole and Linchpinn makes me want to fly helos too :)

    come fly with us Nraged, you will become addicted to flying the LIttle Bird and Z11. The attack CHop in my opinion is not quite there yet, the fixed its flight model but it takes damage way to easy. RUn a little bird with a good crew....DOmination

    The attack helo is useless on the big flat maps. Stingers and anti air can shoot clear across the map. Anything with decent cover is good. I finally found a way to play Operation Firestorm but that's a tough map. I've stopped trying Golmud...Little Bird is a maybe with two repairs. My biggest beef with jets is that nothing takes them out. By the time I have a lock on with my helo, they are beyond weapons reach. I just wish I could fly them =-)

    Thanks! I didnt buy BF4 after getting screwed by BF3. :(
    Gotta check on Project Reality and see if those guys have made a mod for it yet.
    Plus if I wanna fly, you know which direction I'd be looking :)
    Next flying game I'm buying will be http://il2sturmovik.com/battle-of-moscow/ cant wait to fly the real P40, MC202 and MiG3. So far I've been very impressed with the quality of flight models and a sense of flight in IL2 Battle of Stalingrad, as well as learning how to navigate via landmarks, compass, time in flight and stuff like that. The communication is a big change from our normal "WTF is at my 12" too. All put together its a whole new world and its fun.
