I posted there, and got a laugh at the comment from the guy trashing our BF3 server

 

I for one wouldn't mind a bit more thorough selection of who we keep and who we drop in the PS2 divison, so I can imagine Linchpinn being a bit more careful there.

 

People who we're going to invite will be on trial and will not become full members until we decide that they'll be a good fit.
Since the communication amongst players is very limited, we have to work with what we've got.

They will have one shot at seeing how we play and if they aren't too interested or we didn't do that well, it'll turn them away

 

Nraged is right-ish. We'll point them to the site to drop an app after we play with them/get them on TS with us. This time can be thought of as a trial. If they are dicks, we revoke the in game tags and say good bye. If they fit and dig the group, we ask them to drop an app & join for real. But really, this whole thing is being over-thought. The important part is "place priority on trying to get to know the guys, get them on ts".
