Btw, just to confirm these codes DON'T work on steam yet correct? I heard someone say you can download some sort of basic file structure but it seems my code won't redeem. I assume they must have been referring to something else

 

No idea, last I checked the forum they said that the CBT is coming soon(tm), which means it is not ready

Also, I noticed you said in the main post that you wont make any more requests, and its impossible to get a CBT key.
Did the marshal who gave you the keys say its impossible to get one now, or are you just not going to do anymore requests after mine and the other persons friend. Just curious.

 

Also, are those codes even valid? They are not in the default steam key- layout.

IE;

AAAAA-BBBBB-CCCCC
AAAAA-BBBBB-CCCCC-DDDDD-EEEEE

 

According to my friend who has a key, you need a key to unlock the game, and then you put in the code that the Marshall gave to LOL and the other guy. So, he only gave them one part of the key, the part which they need to use after they have already unlocked the game. So, unless TG Pmed them the first part of the key, they still need the first part.


TL;DR

There is one key you need to get the game on steam.
There is a second key you put in after the game is unlocked. The marshall in the picture only gave them the second part.

 

I just tried putting in the first line of the code (which is the one for steam) and it looks like someone here has decided to use it for themselves and so I am unable to use it (it states it is has already been activated by an existing account. So either that or there is a glitch). If you have taken it, please own up. That is really pretty childish stealing beta keys from your own community members.

 

Did you get an invalid key error? Or does it say it's been used? Cuz the codes to big for steam keys.

 

"The product code you've entered has already been activated by an existing steam account, and is therefore invalid" etc

 

you enter the whole code, or just the first few parts?
