We Aimbot?

AOD guys reported me the other day for aim botting. I kind of laughed the fact I haden't played in months, made me realize how bad some players are.

Nivx is a good player. He doesn't aimbot, if anything he's laggy as hell. Vonic is awesome at light assault, the average players aim is not good enough to kill a good light assault. Not to mention it takes awhile to get use to Jump jets and shooting

 

I most certainly disagree there.

In the past, I've been playing purely as an engineer. Repairing maxes and vehicles, dropping ammo, trying to keep up with the platoon. I also died a lot without getting much kills. I didn't care, because I did what I was supposed to do.
This game has nothing to do with K/D ratios. It's about playing the game the way you like it, where I like helping out the team.

Worst way to get a high K/D is going engineer or medic. Best way for dummies is vehicle whoring, for experts it's just playing one or two classes really well.

I see your point. People should play the way they want and it is about having fun.

I also agree that sitting in a vehicle stat padding is just ridiculous. Get in that base and get on that point!

 

The medic has a good enough standard weapon and that aoe heal that heals them also. And the engineer can use the same weapons as LA. So they both can do well in fights. But a good engi or medic who actually helps is much more important to the team.
Zeo got a ton of certs off me the other day as I was defending a tech plant/amp station. I had a bit of lag so was getting shot a lot by incoming enemy groups but he kept my KD from bombing.

 

I agree 100%, I play an engi 98% of the time according to the stat page.

However someone bitching about high KDR and you should be going for the objecting when they are talking to a DEFENDER is an idiot. You objective as a defender is to kill them before they cap a point.

If the gen is going down or they have 2 cap points and you are STILL farming kills THEN they have a point.

 

A couple of days after finding this thread, I happened to kill Vonic as TR:
Shortly afterwards my game crashed. When I got back on I sent him a tell joking that he must be "hacking". When he responded my game crashed again. When I got back on I sent him a friend request. He accepted and my game crashed.

Conclusion: Vonic is Hacking! Just kidding.

I don't usually post in this thread because I usually just get shit like "OMG nice hacks" and other boring shit, but I couldn't let this one slide.
