WTF??? Phoenix rocket effects will show at a longer range. Phoenix damage has been adjusted in the following way: Increased damage against all vehicles. Reduced damage against infantry. Really? Its bad enough that it can one shot my Scythe or slap my Lib for half of its health, now its going to be even worse? WTF are they thinking?
Don't know what to say Nraged it's been clear for a while now that the gameplay is secondary when it comes to making quick bucks.
We all know that there is this love for the NC that SOE devs have... I don't know what it is or why, but they don't even bother to hide it anymore. Sad, like Vernett says its all about the $$$
It was clear from the start the killing infantry in one shot was a bad idea and that the damage on vehicle was too low. Now the Phoenix is were we all know it should have been before. When I think about it I see some smart marketers behind this able to take 1 item and reach two markets with it. First they released a sniper rocket launchers for those who want to kill infantry and they didn't say a word about possibly nerfing that of course. Then they reached the anti vehicle market. I'm just surprised they didn't allow the Lancer to OHK infantry just to nerf it after. This may all sound crazy, but the other possibility is SoE being completely retarded and doing things everyone in their right mind knew was wrong so yeah... For me the greed is more plausible than a complete lack of intelligence from an entire team of devs.
