Server mergers

Server mergers coming soon, will have information up by Monday. Server ransfers will not be available until after this is done.

Hopefully we can get a decnet influx of Vanu, or possibly absorb a small outfit into ours.

 

Just hope that it doesnt backfire

 

Server merges always make me worry about the health of a community. I've played many MMO's where server mergers were the herald of the coming end.

 

O ya, theres complaints about about empty servers, apparently Mattherson is one of the very few servers thriving.

 

Because all the big outfits went to Mattherson, we decided in Beta lol

 

I was there, as part of the Spectre contingent...

 

If this works out the good way, we'll have more players.
If this backfires, the game will be dead within 6 months.

We'll see.

 

Servers mergers = game loosing player base.
They need change the game, more advertise, fixing the game, making it more "noob friendly" and so on...
In the beginning we had lots of queue to change continets and stuff... Now even for who is not member, it is almost instant change.
Even in matherson all the action only happens in indar.

 

Yea, a few hours ago I capped half of Amerish with just 2 pubs when the server got thrown out. Grab scythes, hack terms, flip points, repeat. Almost no resistance (destroyed my scythe twice by faulty flying, one resulted in my death, both were caused by myself and myself alone. Where are the freakin enemies?).

 

Well at this time of the day you have to expect the servers to be pretty empty, I know its prime time where you live but here on the US east coast its 9-10 am everyones either at work or at school.
