    Hey All,

I have some thoughts on how we can continue our recruitment and build our numbers.

When we are organized and attacking an objective, I think it would be beneficial to have the SLs remember to communicate via the in game VOIP as well as TS. I know the in game VOIP is annoying but it truly acts as a useful tool when it comes to recruiting players. I know that i would have never joined NNG let alone the TS if it wasn't for VOIP.

Also, Maybe we should establish some recruitment days? I know we have daily ops days and Subdivision ops days but maybe once a week we can set up our squads to be pub and put in the title "NNG Recruitment" or something like that. Anyways, just my $.02

    P.S. We're the shit.

the players i enjoy being around and see online the most are the ones we recruited through running ops with, like moss and myself.

I don't see 'promotion' of NNG during our daily ops that i would like.

as commercial as it sounds there should be a verbal and written message every half hour.

a lot of players are only stopping by while looking for a permanent home

I just joined up yesterday and I can say it was directly because someone invited me to join the platoon when I was in the same area. It's fun to play with organized folks, and more effective too!

You're most definitely right Disco. I came over here because Wolfstar said about each half an hour or so to check out the website and feel free to get a trial-membership at NNG. For some reason, you guys still haven't scared me away...

I definitely joined up because I was invited and given a link to the site by Jaamaw. If people see how well we communicate via VOIP and enjoy the same sense of social interaction that we all get, then they can truly enjoy NNG as well!

I got really intimidated at first cause I have a terrible accent but even tho im not that great in communication I got invited 2 days ago into the team while I auto-joined you guys and since then I made a few friends among you and I just can't play the way I was before anymore. Im no longer shy of talking and I love doing my part into the fight

All you got a do is find people who get turned on by ur accent and charge them station cash for listening to you speak.
    Works for me :)
