The latest update of War Thunder will please players with interface changes, several planes will get their performance adjustments and also a lot of bug fixes have been made.
    - Eject from the plane on carriers is fixed (now you can return to your plane without losing the aircraft)
    - Fire angles of the turrets that were able to rotate 360 degrees are fixed.
    - Many fixes to the Event interface.
    - Changed directory name for the game logs – now it is "game_logs"
    - Added debug data to the connection status (to ease troubleshooting by screen shots without the logs)
    - Fixed video playback in historical campaign of the Steam version.
    - Fixed an issue with “Show ammo” and “Show temperature” settings being impossible to save.
    - Players that are not yet connected to the battle are now shown in the scoreboard menu.
    - “Anarchist” title and achievements based on bombs and rockets are fixed.
    - Slight render improvements.
    - Fixed a few client crashes.
Completely changed FMs of these planes (according to data sheets):
    - All planes of the La series
    - MiG-3-15, MiG-3-15 (BK)
    Yak-3:
    - Fixed propeller polar curve that was leading to incorrect behaviour of constant-speed governor
    - The “100 octane fuel” modification is now accounted correctly. This way the flight model is now brought to Data Sheet reference (in older versions modification was counted twice).
    - Reduced the effect of the elevator heaviness during speed increase (the old value was a wrong one and pilot couldn't blackout during horizontal manoeuvre)
    - Maximum safe indicated speed (IAS) is set at 720km/h
    Typhoon series:
    - Fixed propeller polar curve that was leading to incorrect behaviour of constant-speed governor
    Tempest Mk. II:
    - Fixed wrong coolant overheat alert message (new parameter in the interface for air-cooled engines)
    Tempest Mk. V:
    - Fixed propeller polar curve that was leading to incorrect behaviour of constant-speed governor
    UPD:
Players that are not yet connected to the battle or disconnected during the connection process are now shown in the scoreboard menu as:
“[Bot_Name]...Player_Name” if bot took control over the players plane or just “...Player_Name” if it didnt

    Russians been fixed!!!

    NOT

I did a Test Flight in Mission Editor to see how badly they got "nerfed"... (in Doctor Evil's voice) RRRRIGHT...

LA5FN got little wobbly and trim controls are very different. Its more like -20% elevator / +20% rudder. Whatever, the plane still climbs like a beast, retains about 600KPH at deck level after a shallow dive. A lot less recoil when firing cannons are lower speeds.

Yak-3P - they actually made it better. Now it turns really well at higher speeds so all Fw190s are screwed, totally.
Another plane they forgot to buff was I-185, which still outruns Germans.

If this was their idea of giving a buff to Germans by so called "nerfing" the Russians, it feels like the Russians actually got buffed.

In SB the only well balanced bracket is T2 IMO.
T3 and 4 BF109s are still totally screwed,

Has felt that way in Realiatic since 1.37 as well. I mostly stick to tiers 1 and 2 for that reason.

Americans are very well balanced IMO. Not as good at turn fighting but enery/bnz/ibg guns/high speeds yeah!

People who buy premium planes for the Russians crack me up. I can understand Chaika and Ishak but planes from any other countries, not so much. I'm also pissed about Premium BF109 for the US. Now its a total waste of money.

Depends on the tier. Curtiss Hawk is a tremendous turnfighter in realistic against 1's and 2's.

May be in RB, in Sims its too slow and doesn't retain energy well at all. For turnfighting its not as good as its counterparts like HE112 or any of the Ki's or Zeros. The firepower on it is really nice.

Very true. But, just like with most planes, your tactics are situational. I'd much rather energy fight in the Hawk against those planes. I don't really think of those as their counterparts though. The Hawk traditionally fought Italian aircraft for the most part. They did see early Japanese aircraft in the Pacific, but that was mostly bombers. The HE-112's weren't in extensive service for the Germans if I remember correctly.

still like the brits, typhoon and tempest to be exact. I like the Germans fire power but its like flying a stick when it comes to turning,

Those are the planes you go up against in RB and SB.

Btw La5 got an increased roll rate too. I haven't tested it but that's what people say so I believe it.
I think that SB community has given up on complaining about how OP Russian planes are.
I personally like the challenge and keep on pushing my Germans to the limit, get shot down tha get back up in the air when the new game starts. When I switch to Russians, I fly all relaxed knowing that unless they sneak up on me, I will have the upper hand no matter what happens.
Even if the devs were to make Germans what they were before 1.37, Russians would still be superior only not by as much as they are now.
