    No, it doesn't interfere with the game at all. I'm not entirely sure how it works. but I looked into it and it changes registry entries to make your network card change how it treats packets..that's about all I figured out. You could do it manually too by editing the registries yourself, I think its only 2 that need to be added from what I found.

    No, it doesn't modify PS2 at all, it forces Windows to stop buffering outgoing ACK packets and to send them immediately.
