A lot of data is missing and after looking at it for 30 seconds I have found a lot of things that weren't accurate at all, too many to list.
Best way to go about it is to actually learn your plane. Normally people fly 1 or 2 planes per tier in SB and RB so knowing what the plane is capable of plays a huge role obviously. So learning that on your own is easy.

My bad. The spreadsheet dates back to 1.31 or 1.33. All the data was developed empirically, mainly by folks taking planes for test flights and diving their planes till the wings fell off, so most of the data is for popular planes back in 1.31 and prior.

I thought if nothing else, it would give folks a starting point to find out what their planes can do, because you are right, nothing substitutes for stick time. Anyways, I had hoped it would help a little.

The best way to learn your plane is by actually flying it and taking it to the limits yourself.
For example, P63A10 can dive at over 900KPH, but you can snap your wings at 550Kph if you pull too hard on your stick. No spreadsheet will show you that because there is no way to tell how hard you're going to pull on that stick.
Also compression has been added to a lot of planes as well and now when you're going too fast and try to turn or pitch up, your wings will lock up and you may end up crashing. This would actually be one of those time where the spreadsheet would help because those values are set in stone, but again, all you gotta do is fly it once and finding those values wouldn't be too hard.

Getting to know your plane takes time, being comfortable in it takes even longer, getting good at it takes forever because there is always someone better :)

I'm pretty sure that there would be one but this is something that you learn as you go.
Normally you can just ask somebody in TS.
