It minimizes to the hidden icons items tab.

You could always do a search for No Nonsense Gamers in the server list. It comes up. I'd post the server address here, but we have a lot of bots that visit the site, and I have no idea if they can collect that kind of information. So, I'll have to leave that decision up to an admin.
As for your comp, we would need a lot more info to help properly. I'm assuming you're running Windows 7 or Vista? 7 was fine for TS, Vista was a pain in everyone's arse. What settings are you running the game on? Does your comp meet the minimum requirements?

If your comp is running a 32 bit Operating System, and you downloaded a 64 bit client, that may cause issues. You'd have to delete the download and start over. I'd try updating all of your drivers from the Device Manager as well. It could be that your sound drivers are outdated, and they are causing an exception.

I understand your frustration. Nothing is worse than having something that SHOULD work refuse to do so. The fact that you're making an effort on the forums to resolve the issue shows that you care. Try to remain patient, and we'll help as much as we can.

Considering the idea that it may be a RAM issue, you might want to try loading an offline game and see if you can communicate while playing that. If you can, then it may be a hardware (RAM) issue. If not, then it is probably a software issue. The first step is figuring out which one.

I hope this helps. Let us know how it turns out. Just don't give up yet. This is a fun group of people to run with.

like I said earlier, ts has to be run as an administrator. To do that find the ts application in your directory, right click, properties, compatibility, check the box next to run as administrator, click ok to apply settings.
Everytime you try to start up ts now you should get a box popup asking you if you want to run it as an administrator must now approve it. This must be done because some games will over rule ts and stop it from working. If you already did this then it is something else, but I personally had to do this to stop problems with mine.
you if you eantto run it

disregard the last sentence or spelling mistakes in my last post. My mobile browser doesn't consider the forum threads to be text fields or somethinh so I have no autocorrect and eventually I can't move the cursor down to edit if I write too much.

I have that same problem with my phone.

Hopefully running TS as administrator is the simple answer. It would be helpful if Numot would give us a full rundown of everything he's tried so that we can narrow it down.

That only happens when I forget to close ts when I leave the computer on to finish some big downloads :)

As some of you know that were on last night, entering it manually worked to fix the issue. For some reason if I launched TS from out Forum it would not work right, launching it from the desktop and entering the link manually worked.

Got it bookmarked and hopefully that is the end of the problem.

Didn't get a chance to talk to you about it last night while we were flying, but had a blast with ya. Glad you got it working. You're a fun guy to have in chat.
