Recruitment update / New recruitment thread

That is why I stated that we do make exceptions. But yeah, not skill base-wise mind you, if you were a fresh out of the blue person who wanted to join and showed your current activity level, youre showing us you do not want to really be a part of the NNG WT Squad.
As far as pilot level goes, I definitely stated we would definitely make special considerations for lower level pilots who wish to join us.

Scenario = Youre a new pilot not part of NNG, you like our recruitment post, look us up and like what you see here.
You apply and state you know you are below the required level but you saw that we make special considerations for lower level pilots who clearly show that they want to be part of NNG. At that point you get squadron tags and play WT with us.

Scenario a. off the above = You are as active in WT as you are now... Shows you aren't as committed as you stated, and after the trial period is up be it 2 weeks or 1 month, you'll be removed from the NNG WT squad and not get TS tags.

Scenario b. off the above = You are very active, show you're a good person and want to be a part of NNG WT. After your trial period you would most likely be over lvl 10, you get your TS tags, and welcome to the club.

Scenario c. off the above = Youre active but something catastrophic happens IRL for you. You can notify us where at that point we freeze your trial period until you can resume playing. OR you do not notify us and we remove you after the trial period, when you return you re-apply.

Scenario d. You join us for WT but get bored with the game, but you love Battlefield !!! You apply to Battlefield instead. You end up getting your BF tags after your BF tial and WT tags because you are a member of NNG now and still play WT on occasion to pass the time.

i'm not much use other than derailment on this thread.

-I like the idea of making them post on the forums before they get an invite in game.

-Really I don't care about what lvl they are (not starting drama, i dont know what most of the peoples pilot lvl I fly with is now nor do I care)

-I think a month is way to long and people will move along if that is told to them up front.

-TS is should be mandatory so we can get to know the recruit and see if they fit.

-They have to make it at least a night with Mayo and not flip out and kill someone.

 

3 Nights in the channel with Mayo during their Trial period.... second thought,,, na we'll never get a recruit to stay then
