Our main goal is not to be competitive, but rather, organized. I am going to try and have characters on all three servers, but my main is also on Leda. That means that whatever server you feel like playing will have at least some sort of established team so you don't have to run around lone-wolfing it. I lone-wolf it sometimes lol, so feel free, but the real accomplishment of this game is it's size and sense of camradery while playing in groups, so i definitely hope to encourage and supply all members with that opportunity.

I also encourage new players to think about certifying their characters to be more useful in groups, but ask when in doubt. Although currently in beta with character wipes to come, Jamaaw and I have definitely made uneducated purchases with our certs and Auraxium, strictly due to the game not having a well implemented guide or tutorial yet. Also, the game IS changing, but if we can help to avoid unnecessary purchases for our fellow members, we will =)

p.s. I encourage you to choose any faction you like, but I will feel no remorse shooting you in the face =)

Because when we get competative, little factions start to form within the group and they begin to fight. That is what tears apart most competative teams unless they have very VERY strong bonds. Trust me, I experienced this first hand

 

I'm glad and certain that our abilities are all in good standings, but working together is always better. I think Vanu has certainly been the majority choice so far, so we'll focus there and just have to see where the beta takes us from here.

I do, however, encourage yelling from the tops of bases at rival factions. =) Let them know they can't take it, and put that skill to use killing elmoes and smurfs.

Servers are making me angry. Massive stress tests and no end in sight. Have a character on the west server, but lag and other game flaws are making me not want to play. It IS a beta however, so they can do whatever they want to test the game. This is all a test. I just want them to hurry up =/

 

Look on the bright side. DICE released a opt in alpha test for BF3. ...and it was a monufuckingmental disaster!

 

Most alpha and beta tests are very stressful to the tester but its our choice to join in so we gotta either deal with it or back out. I usually just deal with it like I did for BF:BC2. Just dont call in any bugs, you will be on the phone for hours when they try to figure out where the bug is although you told them when they first picked up.

 

It's expected. I'm still raged.

 

no one is saying "Here we got it perfect now beta test it" lol the point is for it to be somewhat broken and try to see where the cracks are!
