Inter Outfit Ops Night!

Hello invited outfits!

After many weeks of pondering ideas, planning, and other stuff an Inter Outfit Ops Night has been organised *Spontaneous applauding*

The plan so far is to have this night run every first Friday of the month, with an 8.ooPm EST start and will go for a couple of hours. People in command positions will be expected to show up 30-45 Minutes earlier for minor planning.

The first night is planned to be Friday 4th of April but this may be moved to Friday 11th if things do not come together in time.

The first leader will be Negator from Vindicators, he has been voted in by a small council of the people who helped plan and organize this. In consecutive months we will follow an outfit commander roster (where an outfit will vote in a leader). Please note that the outfit itself isn't in charge but 1 person that outfit is.

The Outfits that will be invited for the first night will include:

1) No Nonsense Gamers (NNG) 2 Squads

2) Vindicators (V) 1 Platoon, Probably More

3) Nightmare Battalion (NTMR) 1 Platoon, Probably More

4) Azure Twilight (AT) Unknown

5) Ghosts of the Republic (GOTR) Unknown

Please note, the amount of players are all approximations

The Following Rules Must Be Followed by ALL participating members:

1. No running public platoons/recruitment platoons

2. This night is only open for participating outfits members, it is at the platoon leaders discretion if they allow others into their platoon

3. No trying to recruit other outfit members!

4. Mature Comms are expected; No racist or bigotry comments

5. Squad Leaders are in charge, your input will be passed from member to squad lead, to the platoon lead where it will be passed to the battalion leader.

6. No arguing under any circumstances with squad or platoon lead

7. No Backseat platoon leading

8. Fast response times are expected for orders from leaders (Squad, platoon and battalion)

9. If a base is secure and there is no need for you to stay, please do not stay for the miniscule amount of cert but move forward, to the next base

10. No Intentional griefing (harassment, teamkilling, team damaging, ramming, etc.)

11. No pride conflicts between outfits

12. Individual outfit rules still apply


Some things that are still in the planning stages but all people who plan on being squad/platoon leads will require Team Speak 3 to be installed, whose TeamSpeak server we will use is still being decided. Anybody in a command position will be required to be in Teamspeak.

A Dream Team will be running, this will be a tactical quick response team consisting of some of the best members that each outfit has to present. Each outfit may present a maximum of 12 players for this team.

Everything that I have said (besides the leader) could be changed. Other outfits maybe invited for future operations. If there is any confusion please don’t hesitate to comment it post it below and I will try my best to answer any questions.

We will decide on a major objective (e.g. capture all of Indar) for the night on the night, this will be decided by the people in command position.
