Your billing/credit card information are stored in a offline cache on your computer. Here are the steps to clean it out. Deleting Your Origin Offline Cache: This is for clearing out saved info like passwords or entitlement info stored on the Origin Client. 1. Exit Origin completely. Right click system tray icon > Exit. 2. Navigate to the OfflineCache file. Here's the path: Win 7/Vista: C:\ProgramData\Origin\DownloadCache{ your email address } Win XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application data\Electronic Arts\Origin\DownloadCache{ your email address } 3. Delete the OfflineCache file. 4. Reboot your computer. 5. Run Origin and login.
