I wonder if there will be a time where we upgrade the base Hornet to the super version? Anyone know ?There are upgrade packages for the other ships but have yet to see on to go to the Super Hornet.
I have seen mention that the Super Hornet is basically an entirely different ship. That being because it has two seats instead of one. I'm not certain if a ship will have expansion capabilities to add an additional seat or not. In the case of the Hornet, and it being a single seat fighter, you would have to actually expand the base hull in order to make room for an additional seat. That would be a bigger deal than just slapping an attachment on it. Though with the direction they seem to be trying to go with this game that's not to say you can't take it into a shop somewhere and have those modifications done, for a price.
From my impression, I do agree it was a separate ship (might be limited too! :X) , but doing those upgrades might be super expensive to do... It's all speculation though and we really don't know much until they come out with more information.
all the additional packages for the hornets or for any for the most part are complettly different ships if you buy a F7C and the super hornet you get two different ships
