I was playing last night and finally received my very first ban apparently Good Time Gaming doesn't appreciate me on their server as I was kicked after a half hour and banned for my ping (apparently A_NICE_GUY is not very nice)... I'm not to happy about this, In fact I'm disappointed with myself, I wanted my first ban to be something I would be proud of like tearing a new one into someone who deserves it or even being accused of hacking. I'm just so sad, my cherry was popped and I didn't even enjoy it Ok, my tiny little rant is over .
I was playing the other day on one of their servers with a couple of nng guys. One of us got kicked after they began shooting from respawn and were then getting killed. Shortly after an admin died one of us was kicked. I wasn't too keen on their servers as they randomly kick people for what I assume is to make room for clan members. I was kicked 2-3 times for no reason and had to wait to rejoin. I could play for an hour or two fine but then find myself ejected from the game even though there were more recent public players on the server. Banning someone for high ping seems stupid. I've seen people kicked but a ban for that? Will have to see but good time gaming servers may not be worth playing on from some of the bad experiences of late. As a final note, we asked the Admins when they purposefully kicked one of our guys and had a discussion in chat saying it wasn't right and we would stand by our nng teammates. It may be possible that an admin got a chip on their shoulder from that night for nng. As I'm pretty sure I remember that player name from the games.
The big thing is that the ping at our parent's house isnt even that bad. We get around 200 and its more towards 300 that causes server issues. I hate that admins and groups make uneducated guesses and dont pay attention to what causes servers issues before they make such strict rules on pings.
I will shout at them, we play there regularly. Belch is also part of GTG. Burgular and all of us playing on Tuesday night were banned from a server for constantly killing the admins, who were very bad at playing the game and took it out on us. I have never been banned from a server for being too good!
They have banished my family. No action in retaliation is overboard. Nothing is forbidden, all is permitted. HONOR TO MY FAMILYYYYYYYYY!
I need to find a pitchfork and a torch. Or a tank, Ill just drive a tank through their house. It'll be more fun
