    I have something similar to those but only between my workbench and the tablesaw. The cushion is nice for standing a long time. I wouldn't want the whole floor done with it because you're going to have to pull them up to clean what's gotten down in between the joints over time - especially if the floor isn't DEAD flat. EDIT: I guess you could seal the joints with a silicone sealer to match. They claim the joints are tight enough to keep things from getting through. I just don't trust that, especially since I do woodworking.

    There are several brands. It'll take you a weekend to do it with floor prep and drying time but once you're done that's it. It will be attractive, resist oil and whatever you spill, clean off easily and protect the concrete finish layer.
