I'll be able to help with that if we get it going early enough. Now that squad battles are out, I think that we could all use some practice.

Just to be clear, I am NOT interested in participating in any squad duels.
That being said, I would be happy to help with any training that is needed for future duels.

The best squadron will consist of the standard Finger 4 configuration. Each pilot will need to feed off one another through trained cohesive flight practice.
A good example of a Finger 4 squad would be (and I use this ONLY as an example):

Glissen: Point (I have flown extensively with Cory and Earnst as my close wing)

Cory: Left Wing (Cory would be my immediate wingman) He knows EXACTLY what I'm going to do even if I don't call it.

Earnst: Right Wing - This is NOT my wingman! He is second in command. He too, knows exactly what I will do without being told, but he flies independent of my commands. He controls the second dive wave.

Truxaw: Flying Earnst's right wing. Earnst and Truxaw fly together so often, they know each other too well. Truxaw should NOT learn to listen to me. I give a flight order, Earnst confirms it to his wingman.

i really like the idea of the clan dual, but I don't care about the stats that go along with it. I can see the fun of the competitive part of it, but i also i know don't have time to be a competitive player.

The idea of getting 8 NNG members in a group and flying sound awesome, more so if we can have different nations in the same tier ( I would finally be able to fly my Tempest with Ajax's corsair). if we have a group of people that want to tinker around in it and don't give a shit about the stats i'm all for it. Honestly i think if we get 8 NNG pilots in there, I think we'll do just fine stat wise, even if we are playing in "have fun" mode.

Sometimes not caring about the stats can make you a better pilot.
