What does NNG look for in new guys?

I have been playing Planetside 2 since the beta but I have only recently gotten really into it again. I ran a lot of alerts with NNG and after seeing the dead bodies left everywhere decided to fill out an app to join (since I had ridiculous amounts of fun doing it)

But now to the point, what is NNG looking for in terms of players coming in? By that I mean are you looking for support engineers or hard-hitting heavy assaults? Looking for CAS pilots or tankers? I know that you guys aren't too picky about who plays what, but if there is something you guys are in short supply of I would love to help fill it in. (I currently have a pretty pimped out engineer and plan on getting a nice lightning next if you wanted to know what my current status is like) Let me know and any advice is much appreciated!

 

Honestly, NNG accepts all play styles. We allow players to play what they want but when a call gets made for a tank or an esf, it is expected for everyone to do their best to follow it.

 

Combat Medics.

 

To pick up after Jaam tks the entire platoon with a recon dart

 

I can do that! That revive grenade seemed amazing the first time it was used on me, and I love that the medic gets a rifle. Also a great class to farm certs with, I did notice when I played in a NNG platoon that there was usually only one medic

Actually funny enough the first experience I had with Jaamaw was wondering how he killed me with a vehicle when I was inside of a building, hahaha, does that sort of thing happen a lot?

 

Medics and Engineers, can never have enough of those. Infiltrator with lots of darts are needed too.

 

I got an infiltrator friend who loves shooting darts everywhere, I might try to convince him to join. Infiltrator is in my top 5 list of things to pimp out, but I am not too sure of the order I want to do it in yet

 

Its not so much the class, but more about following orders.
Recalling to the Warpgate in a reasonable amount of time. Pulling a max or a support class when a max crash is called upon.
Heading to the waypoint designated by the platoon leader.
AS far as classes go, whatever fits your playstyle until a certain class is called for.

 

That I can do, and do very well. I am always very flexible with my play style and NNG has shown to me that no matter what I do when I am in the platoon certs rain down and I get a horde of dead bodies to decorate my house with. And even when following orders I don't mind because this community has some awesome leaders that know how to communicate what they want and they do so effectively. Look forward to running in a platoon with you gents again soon, I learn more every time I play with you guys.
