America is fucked. It's over. It will only be slightly less fucked if Paul gets elected. America is like an oil soaked rag in the hands of our nations political figures and the wealthy (well, they are the same I guess). It's being stretch, twisted and squeezed to get every last drop of out of it.
Sheets I love your optimism. Lets not forget that myself and others in this community have fought for this country. I have friends that have died because they love where they live. Although I do believe we are in trouble, it rubs me the wrong way when people say things like that. You know I love you man, but ouch...
Yeha I know, sometimes I try to sound really terrible to make an impact. I at this point in time don't see a lot of positives in this country when it comes to looking at economics or politics. I do know though, that this country is full of exceptional people. Life changing people. Able to be such people because of America's great freedoms. I guess it's just the fact that I see them slowly being stripped away that gets me in a terrible funk. I'll be voting for Mr.Paul and hopefully that aids you seeing my perspective on all that is wrong with the US.
