    Robert Heinlein - Time enough for love, Number of the beast, Stranger in a strange land, Glory road, To sail beyond the sunset, Job - a comedy of justice, Starship Troopers < to name a few the man wrote like 70 or so>

    David Eddings - The redemption of Althalus, The Belgariad and Belgarion saga's
    Piers Anthony - Xanth series , The bio of a space tyrant <much darker then Xanth completely different from his normal writing style>
    Frank Herbert and sons - Dune books all of them are good albeit the last 3 in the first series get a bit dry <no pun intended>
    Gary Jennings - Aztec series, Raptor <Historical fictions but a great story>
    John Varley - Steel Beach , Golden Globe, Titan trilogy <Great Sci-fi books that are not all about nuts and bolts>
    Anne Mcaffery - Dragon Riders of Pern <I look forward to giving these to my kids to read they are truly excellent>
    Jane Yolen - The pit dragon trilogy <fell in love with this series when I was a teenager>
    Carl Jung - Anything by him the man was profound, probably not most would consider light reading but still worth the time invested.
    Douglas Adams - Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy <Read the book the movie was meh>
    Grimm's Fairy Tales - The Disney movies just do not do these justice
    <edit>
    I forgot Roald Dahl, Charlie and the chocolate factory, James and the Giant peach
    Along with Lois Lowry's The Giver < a creepy fking story if I have ever read one>
    I have all of these and many more in various txt , pdf, html formats if anybody wants some lemme know and I can put them in my dropbox for you

    I remember reading so much Redwall. Those damn books always made me so hungry. I only have one left on my shelf that I like to reread: the Taggerung. Don't know why, but it's always been my favourite.

    I didn't mention the YA books I still love, cus at this point it's probably all nostalgia: Harry Potter, His Dark Materiels (my first sci-fi! Totally blew my mind), Narnia(Magacian's Nephew and the Voyage of the Dawntreader ), and A Series of Unfortunate Events(just fun writing)
