Michael, 25 year old male. Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. Graduated LSU with a degree in Biological Engineering. Currently in my final year of medical school and will be pursuing a residency in Psychiatry. Also, I'm a 1LT/O2 in the Louisiana Army National Guard with 5 years left on an 8 year commitment. Family got an NES when I was 4, and I've been gaming since. Somehow I found time during college and medical school to maintain a heavy gaming addiction with too many games to mention. I also enjoy shooting and maintain a sizable firearm collection.

Ok, given I'm now part of the cool kids club here is a little bit about me.

My name is Kelly, I'm 43 and I'm from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I'm on my third major career for my time in this world having served in the Canadian Military as both a Reservist and then Reg. Force in both Infantry (PPCLI) and Armored (LdSH [RC]). From there I went into the IT industry with all sorts of Microsoft lackey certifications. I'm now a couple of years into my new career in Law Enforcement which I'm enjoying immensely.

My two major virtual passions are online racing and of course fps. I race regularly with a group of great folks from Gone Broke Racing where we race primarily rFactor 1 & 2, as well as some others thrown in for diversity. When I'm not racing I'm shooting which brought me to your doorstep (thanks for taking in the waif!).

My real life passion are motorcycles and motorcycle racing. I raced regularly at the club level until our local track closed and now I am relegated to track days only. I own 2 Ducati's (749 Track bike and a mutant 749 with a 999S motor swap for the street). I have ridden on a number of great tracks including Laguna Seca, Road America, Miller Motorsports Park, Willow Springs, Infineon to name a few.

I'm looking at doing a coast to coast Canada trek on a Ducati Multistrada (as yet to purchase) as I would like to see every part of my wonderful country and can't think of a better way to do it than from a bike.

I tend to be camera shy so when someone gets me this is the result:

and my rig for virtual racing and shooting (old pic as I've since added some goodies to it:

So yeah that is me in a bit of a nutshell.

    Cheers!

Gotta say, that is one sweet set up. Would take 5 minutes to make that a very suitable cockpit for a Mech game as well :)

Thanks! I usually take the wheel attachment for fps games as it allows me to raise the keyboard a bit. Its a versatile platform for gaming in general and they are reasonably priced (even more so now that Obutto has released their next version).

I have the triple monitor setup for it but haven't pulled the pin on triples just yet but soon.

Where can I get? I'm totally fine with my wife thinking I've completely lost it, as long as it's easier on the eyes.
