    But on a serious note, that group does only one game and we do many. That would be a lot of medals and it could go to some people's heads

    Just like real life! I agree, it may make nonsense. We should think long and hard about this and if we do go ahead, we should take it slow and feel the waters before going crazy.

    Not medals like BWC has, maybe accomplishments within the community, like your trophy points.

    I agree. Maybe instead if having a multitude of badges and doodads, have a badge for the forum rank (that everyone found how to change and now is all wacky). Like for example, Jaamaw could have a ornate looking PS2 badge indicating he is the division lead

    It needs to be simple we need to deep it easy and understandable so the minds of all newcomers don't implode.

    BWC got all these fancy badges, military type of behavior, solid comms, chain of command and stuff, and NNG can still take on their platoon with only 2 squads.
    I like medals and rewards but it won't make me a better player or motivate me to perform better on the battlefield.
